iCACGP-IGAC 2018 Early Career Travel Grants

**Early Career scientist is a current student or a scientist within 3 working years of completing their PhD**

A limited amount of funding is available to support early career scientists to attend the 2018 joint 14th iCACGP Quadrennial Symposium/15th IGAC Science Conference. Due to the limited amount of funding, please only apply for travel support if you absolutely need it.

The Early Career Travel Grants include any combination of the following three expenses:

  1. Registration Fee
  2. Lodging during the conference, 24th to 29th of September.
  3. Airfare

Please note NO other expenses (meals, visa fees, ground transportation, etc.) will be covered by the Early Career Travel Grants and the registration fee, lodging, and airfare will be paid for directly. No reimbursements for expenses will be issued.

The application for an Early Career Travel Grant is part of the abstract submission process and the deadline is extended to 12 April 2018.

The application for an Early Career Travel Grant requires:

  • Abstract submission to the 2018 joint 14th iCACGP Quadrennial Symposium/15th Science Conference
  • CV
  • The name and email address of someone that IGAC will request to submit a letter of recommendation on your behalf.
